Candrean Global's projects represent the initial phase of a much grander endeavor. They are establishing the foundation for Remisce, an experimental Novarchal Society that aims to kickstart a global movement known as "The Rebirth." The purpose of a Novarchal Society, or New Rule Society, is a governance with the power to safeguard access to knowledge for all members of society, enabling them to improve the human condition while simultaneously preserving the liberty that facilitates such access. This is achieved through a unique form of government where the ruler holds significant power but is subject to their council. This ruler is elected for life but must pass a vote of confidence every decade to retain their position. Voting is restricted to a specific group of younger individuals to avoid perpetuating outdated concepts. The ruler follows a hereditary line, and if this line ends, a new ruler and line are elected. By establishing this foundation, Candrean Global aims to create a society where knowledge is safeguarded and accessible to all, fostering continuous improvement and innovation while maintaining the freedoms necessary for such progress.
